We are expanding our team and currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who is ready to contribute to our dynamic projects, including OTT IPTV, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Cab-related projects.

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and monitoring of project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and the seamless flow of information.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Coordinate efforts among team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, acting as a point of contact for project queries.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Adjust schedules and targets on projects as needs or financing for the project change.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
- Prior experience in OTT IPTV, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Cab projects is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
