Job Description

This Technical Project Coordinator position is responsible for actively working with our global delivery teams in Canada and India. If you have a passion for innovation and are eager to contribute to leading-edge projects, join our team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • IT & Project Management
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to deliver IT projects with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Primary responsibility for JIRA administration and project tracking.
  • Handle timesheets and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support program/project managers and the program director with day-to-day coordination.
  • Manage billing-related tasks and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings effectively across time zones.
  • Oversee resource allocation, dashboard handling, and resource management to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Assess team capacity and assign projects accordingly.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate and execute multiple project components simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure deliverables, budgets, and timelines are met.
  • Identify, address, and escalate risks as required.
  • Complete internal documentation for accurate resource planning and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to create project plans and monitor timelines.
  • Assist management with execution of administrative processes and functions.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Management, Business, or a Project Managementrelated field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or project management roles.
  • Proven experience managing IT or technical projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA and MS Project
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
