We are looking for a dedicated and organized Receptionist cum Office Administrator to manage the front desk, coordinate with various departments, and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires a professional individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of handling a variety of tasks with a focus on customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Reception and Visitor Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Purchase, and other relevant teams to direct visitors accordingly.
- Inform company personnel of visitor arrivals and handle their inquiries or refer them to the appropriate person.
- Serve refreshments like water, tea, or coffee to visitors and guests as needed.
- **Communication Management**:

- Manage multi-line telephones, handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Maintain the telecommunication system, ensuring smooth operation and timely connection to concerned individuals.
- Coordinate with customers and manage all communication with professionalism.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle courier and postal services, ensuring timely collection and distribution to the appropriate departments.
- Oversee stock management for stationery and housekeeping materials, including regular maintenance of inventory in the system.
- **Office and Reception Area Maintenance**:

- Keep a safe, clean, and organized reception area by adhering to office procedures and regulations.
- Switch on and manage the music system in the reception area according to guidelines.
- Decorate the office during festivals and maintain decorations and nursery plants.
- **General Office Support**:

- Assist in HR department tasks and any management-assigned duties.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
