Receptionist/administration

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain and update database and records
- Manage fees and payment records
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brigade Road, Bengaluru - 560025, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Receptionist/Administration: 1 year (required)

**Language**:
- Fluent English, Kannada, Hindi & Tamil (required)
