**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk & Guest Management**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the visitor log and issue visitor passes as needed.
**Administrative Support**
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
**Customer Service**
- Address inquiries from clients, employees, and vendors.
- Provide information about the company’s services, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
**Office Coordination**
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for guests or employees.
- Support HR and administrative teams with tasks as required.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
✔ **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
✔ **Experience**: Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is a plus.
✔ **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Professional appearance and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹10,230.88 - ₹25,558.14 per month
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
