A Receptionist Administrator is responsible for:
1. Managing the front desk and reception area

2. Greeting visitors and clients

3. Answering and directing phone calls

5. Maintaining office supplies and inventory

6. Providing administrative support to staff

7. Managing calendars and scheduling appointments

8. Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings

9. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information

10. Performing various administrative tasks and projects

Some specific responsibilities may include:

- Managing the switchboard and phone system
- Screening and directing calls
- Taking messages and making calls
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining the reception area and waiting room
- Providing information and answering questions
- Supporting other departments and teams
- Maintaining filing systems and databases
- Performing data entry and other administrative tasks

The goal is to provide exceptional customer service, ensure a smooth and efficient office operation, and support the administrative needs of the organization.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
