**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain student registration records, attendance sheets, and appointment schedules.
- Support administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Assist with coordination of training sessions, trainer schedules, and classroom management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and office area.
- Order and manage office supplies and basic facility requirements.
- Support the HR and operations team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an admin role preferred (1+ year).
- Good communication skills in English and local language (Kannada preferred).
- Friendly personality, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Minimum Qualification: PUC or Graduate.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
