We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our company, handling client inquiries, phone calls, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle daily correspondence, emails, and appointments.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
