Receptionist/administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
- Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
**Job Requirements**:
The minimum qualification for this role is **Any** and 2**:
- 4 years of experience**. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
