Secretary Receptionist and Administrative Assistant Position
**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- **Communication**:
- **Coordinate internal communications, memos, and announcements**.
- Act as a point of contact for external clients and vendors.
- **Office Management**:
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure that the reception area and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- **Clerical Duties**:
- Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Conduct data entry, maintain records, and organize documents.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills
