Organization Overview:
We are a charitable organization committed to community service and social welfare. We also manage a community property including a conventional hall and administrative office. We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and sincere Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Role Summary:
The Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and stakeholders. She will also provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the office and hall-related activities. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, have excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
- Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and documenting meetings.
- Support hall booking management, maintain booking records, and liaise with clients.
- Prepare and manage reports, letters, and other official documents.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and petty cash.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff as required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration and assist in bank-related work.
- Uphold the organization's values of honesty, sincerity, and service.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with prior experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and positive attitude.
- High level of integrity, sincerity, and honesty.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
Compensation:
- As per industry standards and commensurate with experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
