
Receptionist

We are looking for an organized and professional Receptionist to join our team at Healing Hands Advanced Physiotherapy Clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the clinic.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, clients queries take messages & help improve customer support
- Manage the scheduling of appointments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and time management
- Prepare patient charts and other necessary documentation
- Receive and process payments for services rendered
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Keep the patient wait area tidy and stocked with reading materials and refreshments
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the clinic manager
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
