Receptionist and administrative assistant
Looking for a dedicated Receptionist cum administrative assistant to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks.
Job responsibilities
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Prepare bills and take payments
- Answer questions about what the centre offers and related questions.
- Perform marketing calls explaining the centre details and brochure
- Maintain the general office filing system
- Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Qualification and skills
- Minimum educational qualification is 12th pass
- Excellent communication skills English and Kannada
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Customer Focus
- Ability to create organized filing system
- Working knowledge of marketing terminology and practices
- Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
**Salary**: ₹8,285.65 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Jp Nagar 7th phase, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
