The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming and assisting guests, handling phone calls, and performing clerical duties. Additional responsibilities include maintaining guest service standards, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.QualificationsProficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist DutiesStrong Clerical Skills and Communication abilitiesExceptional Customer Service skillsExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent would be great
