**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees courteously.
- Maintain attendance, visitor, and office inventory records.
- Prepare and update Excel reports related to daily operations, staff attendance, and administrative expenses.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage office logistics.
- Support HR and administrative activities such as filing, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in creating and posting content on the company’s social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Ensure the reception and common areas are clean and presentable at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in administration or front office role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (data entry, formatting, and basic formulas).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media handling and content posting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹25,166.04 - ₹35,565.79 per month
