**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated **Female Receptionist** to join our team. Freshers are encouraged to apply, as we provide training to ensure you excel in your role. As the face of our company, you will handle front desk operations, assist visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Respond to inquiries and provide basic information about the company’s services.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with meeting room bookings.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Assist with other office tasks as needed to support smooth daily operations.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a professional setting.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a bonus.
