**Job Overview**
Twofrogs is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized office environment while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies
- Support internal teams with clerical and coordination tasks
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, presentable, and customer-oriented attitude
