Office Administrator/receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**
**Front Desk Management**
- Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate department/person.
- Manage visitor logbooks, ID issuance, and access control.
**Administrative Support**
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services.
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Assist in booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for visitors/meetings. **Coordination & Assistance**:
- Support HR and Admin teams with basic documentation and filing.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, and events.
- Help with travel bookings, logistics, and petty cash management when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Receptionist : 2 years (preferred)
