**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and driven **Sales Executive - Channel Partner Development** to **onboard retail counters**, **develop dealer relationships**, and **ensure strong Nova branding** at point-of-sale locations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and recruit new retail counters, dealers, and shop owners across Delhi NCR.
- Convince partners to **install Nova display boards, window stickers, fascia branding, product stands**, etc.
- Ensure retail counters are fully equipped with updated samples, catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
- Train shop staff on product features and pricing to improve conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through channel partners.
- Monitor stock movement, order placements, and product feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Post Graduation Must
- 7 to 8 years of experience in retail/channel sales (FMCG, building materials, home décor preferred).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in branding execution at store level.
- Field-oriented and familiar with Delhi NCR markets.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
**KPIs**:
- Number of new counters onboarded.
- Sales growth from new and existing counters.
- Number of retail shops with Nova branding (boards/stickers).
- Counter staff engagement and product awareness.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
