Role & responsibilities
- Channel Strategy & Partner Management
- Revenue Generation & Target Achievement
- Monitor channel sales pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely order closures.
- Establish strong and sustainable relationships with key channel partners and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regional dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide strategic inputs to marketing and product teams for better market positioning.
- Drive penetration into new geographies and customer segments through partner channels.
Preferred candidate profile
10 + years experience in Channel Sales for Solar Energy domain with
demonstrated success in channel sales, partner development, or distribution management roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership
skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
