Job descriptionRole & responsibilitiesTo ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at all active projects • Ensure the targets set for sales through channels and networks is achieved as per timelines • Ensure the quality of channel partners bearing in mind the brand repute and standing in the market • Excellent team management skills to motivate the channel sales team • Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners • Work closely with team leads and site heads for various promotional offers for channel • Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners • Maintain the channel partnership and ensure that they are updated regularly on price and product updates • To oversee organization of channel-related events • Leverage existing channel partners for moving existing inventory during new launches • Endeavor to constantly improve the channel partner experiencePreferred candidate profileMust have Good Communication Skills • Must have good experience of Channel /Corporate / Closure sales • Must be a team player Go the extra mile to achieve its targets • For non-industry background, concept of B2B is must • Should have worked on dealer management, distributor management • Experience in Mumbai western suburbs is added advantage.MBA/ PGDBM (preferred) • Graduation mandatoryContact- Siddhi Trivedisiddhi.trivedi@sunteckindia.com
