Reporting to: VP Sales & CEO

Job Overview:

As the Zonal Head - Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving business growth, brand expansion, and revenue generation. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to enhance market presence, customer engagement, and overall profitability.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (Civil / Mechanical preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Building Materials industry (PPR, Tapes, Hoses, Garden Hoses, steel, tiles, paints, adhesives, or similar).
  • Strong exposure to Channel & Project Sales.
  • Strategic Sales & Marketing Leadership.
  • Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Operational & Financial Management
  • Team Management & Performance Optimization
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the North Zone market (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, etc.).
  • Analytical mind-set with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
