This role is pivotal in accelerating secondary sales growth, expanding market share, and strengthening retail execution across the southern region. The ideal candidate brings sharp execution rigor, strong distributor management experience, and a customer-first approach to driving sustainable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities Drivesecondary sales growthand improve market share across the assigned South zone. Lead execution ofretail footprint expansionand strengthen on-ground availability & visibility. Build and manage strongdistributor & channel partner relationships , ensuring productivity and compliance. Deliver actionablemarket intelligenceincluding competitor tracking, pricing insights, and opportunity identification. Ensurestructured reporting , performance dashboards, and review mechanisms for continuous improvement. Improvefield force productivitythrough effective planning, capability development, and performance monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally to align trade, supply, marketing, and sales priorities for zone success.Qualifications & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field ( MBA preferred ). 8–12 years of experiencein Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development. Industry exposure inManufacturing, Automotive, Power Solutions, or FMCD sectorspreferred. Proven skills instakeholder management, negotiation, structured execution , and problem-solving. Training/certification insales management, negotiation, or channel excellenceis a plus.What We’re Looking For Strong execution and ownership mindset with regional sales leadership experience. Ability to scale distributor performance and retail coverage systematically. Data-driven approach to reporting, forecasting, and sales productivity enhancement.
