  • Preference for candidates from Power Tools / Hardware / Hand Tools
  • Proven track record in managing national or regional sales teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/annual targets
  • Develop dealer, distributor & channel networks
  • Manage and motivate nationwide sales teams
  • New market development and product positioning
  • Strategic planning and forecasting
  • Build strong customer relationships

  • Strong leadership & team-management skills
  • Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
  • Understanding of market trends and competitor activity
  • Ability to travel
