**Must-Have Requirements**
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in **performance marketing / growth marketing**:

- Strong knowledge of platforms**:Google Ads, Meta Ads (conversion & lead gen), YouTube Ads, LinkedIn**:

- Funnel optimization, automation workflows, and familiarity with **AI tools**:

- Fluent in English & Tamil
- Advanced **Excel** skills for campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Highly trainable, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
- Preferably with experience in **EdTech** or startup environments

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Manage lead generation funnels and improve performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS)
- Analyze campaign data and tweak strategies based on performance
- Collaborate with content and design teams to build effective marketing assets
- Boost brand visibility and digital footprint
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, platforms, and automation tools
