**Job Title**: Performance Marketing Executive

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Analyze and interpret performance metrics to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) to track performance and generate insightful reports.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Explore and experiment with new channels, tools, and strategies to drive growth.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
- Strong expertise in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance-based platforms.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B/B2C digital marketing is a plus.
