We are seeking a results-driven **Paid Campaign Specialist** to join our team. If you have a passion for driving growth through performance marketing and a proven track record of maximizing ROI, we want to hear from you In this role, you’ll manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, leveraging data-driven strategies to achieve outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and manage **PPC campaigns** on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure top performance and alignment with business goals.
- **Performance Enhancement**: Conduct **A/B testing** to identify high-performing ads and refine strategies. Monitor and adjust **ad spend** to maximize returns while staying within budget.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze and track **customer acquisition costs (CAC)** and **lifetime value (LTV)** to inform campaign decisions. Leverage insights from analytics tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Retargeting & Lead Nurturing**: Design and implement **retargeting campaigns** to convert warm leads into loyal customers. Focus on audience segmentation to ensure personalized and relevant messaging.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
