**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. As a Performance Marketer at Cartrabbit, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through targeted digital marketing campaigns. You will leverage your expertise in digital advertising, analytics, and SaaS marketing strategies to achieve measurable results and contribute to the company's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to promote Cartrabbit’s e-commerce SaaS solutions, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target markets and optimize campaign targeting and messaging.
- Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to create compelling ad copies, landing pages, and marketing materials that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance continuously.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and SaaS to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer success to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and recommendations.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and present campaign strategies and results to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
