Performance Marketer

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, own, and execute a data-driven & customer-centric Paid Advertising Strategy across GUVI’s product lines to execute the goals of the business with the best ROI to the international market
- Generate & meet the lead requirements for the sales team across channels such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Quora, Ticktok and Native Ads. (more platforms are recommended)
- Analyze Competitors & identify new opportunities using tools like SEMRush and optimize the Paid Advertising strategies consistently.
- Develop and evolve advanced targeting & segmentation strategies that deliver truly most valuable campaigns
- Own the business goals across the Marketing Funnel from reducing the Lead Generation cost to optimizing Customer Acquisition Costs
- Measure & Report the business-related KPIs to management and agree on the actions plans agreed based on the data
- Analyze & draw insights from each paid medium and take necessary actions to meet the ROI goals in close coordination with the sales team.
- Work with an enterprising team and contribute to organizational goals via self-driven initiatives.
- Should have worked with a CRM earlier
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Must have experience in launching campaigns outside India like Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore etc
- Passionate Brand Builder
- 2-4 Years of Experience with business-to-customer social media
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Work Experience in Edutech Companies will be added benefit
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
