- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, data interpretation, and experience with tools like SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Ability to set up, monitor, and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs.
- Experience running experiments and optimizing based on results.
- Ability to allocate budgets across platforms, monitor spend, and maximize ROI.
**2. Strategic Thinking**
- Understanding of how to segment and target audiences effectively.
- Knowledge of each stage's marketing funnel and strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with content teams to ensure ad copy and visuals align with brand messaging.
- Skills in analyzing competitors and identifying unique positioning.
**3. Analytical Abilities**
- Knowledge of key metrics (e.g., CTR - Click Through Rate, CPA - Cost per Accusation, ROAS - Return on Ads Spent) and ability to explain their importance.
- Proficiency in turning data into actionable insights.
- Ability to predict outcomes based on data trends and plan accordingly.
**4. Soft Skills**
- Can they convey performance insights to non-marketing stakeholders?
- How they approach challenges and adapt to changing scenarios.
- Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
**5. Experience with Automation and Tools**
- Familiarity with automation tools, scriptwriting for ad platforms, and efficiency techniques.
- Experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels and optimizing based on cross-channel insights.
**6. Understanding of Compliance and Privacy**
- Awareness of GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Ability to follow each platform’s compliance policies and guidelines.
