**What You Do**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across **Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads (lead generation & conversions), YouTube Ads.**:

- Manage and improve **lead generation funnels**, ensuring strong performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS).
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with content/design teams to develop impactful marketing assets.
- Enhance brand visibility and strengthen our digital footprint.
- Stay updated with trends in **digital marketing, automation, and AI tools**.

**What You Need**:

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in **performance/growth marketing**.
- Expertise in **Google Ads, LinkedIn**, **Meta Ads, YouTube Ads**.
- Strong knowledge of **funnel optimization, automation workflows, and AI tools**.
- Fluency in **English & Tamil**.
- Advanced **Excel skills** for campaign reporting & analysis.
- Highly trainable, detail-oriented, and performance-driven.
