Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the valve division to achieve business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and participation in trade fairs/exhibitions.
- Work closely with the Product Development/Engineering team to identify customer needs and ensure alignment with product offerings.
- Manage branding, digital marketing, and communication efforts for the valve portfolio.
- Prepare marketing budgets, ROI analysis, and performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, EPC contractors, and distributors.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral, technical datasheets, brochures, and case studies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor//'s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) + MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- 10-15 years of marketing experience in industrial valves, flow control systems, or allied engineering products.
- Strong analytical skills, market intelligence, and business acumen.
- Proficient in digital marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

- Exposure to international markets and export marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling marketing functions in an ISO/API-certified manufacturing company.
- Familiarity with technical standards like API, ASME, ANSI, and IS.
