**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Overall Supervision of Accounts department at HO and Plant Level
- Preparation of Monthly Profit and Loss Account
- Preparation of Provisional Financials Statements.
- Balance Sheet Finalization.
- Tax Audit and 3CD workings.
- Replaying of Income tax notices and reviewing the compliance portal.
- Review and finalization of Deprecation.
- Dealing with Statutory Auditors and resolving quires.
- Dealing with Internal Auditors and resolving quires.
- Handing the GST Audits.
- Finalization of Bank FFR and QIS.
- Finalization of Stock Statement.
- CMA Data Preparation.
- Credit rating Data preparation and resolving quires.
- Renewal of CC Limits for banks.
- Handling Stock Audits of Banks.
- Reply of Quires of Bankers time to time.
- Bank loan Disbursements.
- Review of Personal Accounts.
- ITR filing of Directors and Relatives.
- Handling the Govt. Subsidy & replaying to Department Quires and Various Documents form Banks for Subsidy Purposes.
- Advance Tax Working.
- Customers’ Invoice Portal Review & monitoring.
- ITR filing of Directors and Relatives.
- Individual Net worth Preparation and CA Certification.
- Preparation of various CA Certificates.
- Approval of various bills of plant for payments.
- Any other works as allotted time to time.
