This is a full-time on-site role for a
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Finance & Accounts
, based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing core accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You'll support budgeting, financial planning, and provide insights that help drive sound business decisions. This role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate and efficient financial processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage daily accounting operations including banking, payables, receivables, general ledger, and cash flow.
  • Monitor and review the General Ledger to ensure accuracy, discipline, and compliance.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements in line with Accounting Standards, Ind AS, and company policies.
  • Oversee statutory compliance (GST, TDS), manage filings, and address notices when required.
  • Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit processes.

What We're Looking For

  • CA qualification (mandatory)
  • 4 to 10 years
    of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong understanding of Ind AS, Accounting Standards, GST, and TDS
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and variance analysis
  • Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements independently
  • Proficiency in financial tools/software (preferred)
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in the
    infrastructure or energy sector
    is an added advantage
