**POSITION: DGM - Fabrication**

**DEPARTMENT: Production**

**LOCTION: PUNE (KHED SHIVAPUR)**

**EDUCATION: Graduate / Post Graduate (BE/ Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical),**

**EXPERIENCE: BE 8-12 years & Diploma 10-14 years.**

**JOB OVERVIEW**:To monitor production output, supervise staff, and ensure that products meet customer specifications and quality expectations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ordering materials, increasing the efficiency of operations and scheduling production as per requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensures Orders are satisfied On Time in Full to Pre-Determined Production Schedules.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Scheduling of engineering support with production and maintenance for both straight time and weekend support.
- Produces Contracts and manages progress from design through installation.
- Maximizes CNC (Laser, Turret, Bending & Shearing Machines)
- Utilization within work areas to effectively maximize safety and productivity.
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process, the human resources required & the material resources required.
- Adjusts Labour based on production demand between the Machine Shop, fabrication & Powder Coating areas
- Utilizes Support Staffs of Engineering and Maintenance to ensure process are optimizing to peak safety and productivity
- Initiating, reviewing and up-dating work instructions and guidelines.
- Reports Daily to the organization Key Performance Measure to ensure Daily/Monthly Goals are achieved.
- Raw material planning purchase and steps to reduce Costing of the product.
- Oversee the preparation of cost estimates for new products and pricing of products to ensure competitive market position while maintaining company profit goals
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing problems through Daily Management, Problem Solving, and Continuous Improvement Activities.
- Managing, manufacturing & developments of DG sets and allied products from with highest quality by adopting best industry practices
- Distribution of work to ensure best efficiency of entire team including workman.
- Making quality checks at every stage, Shop wise quality/quantity inspection and final product inspection.
- Responsible for overall quality of Final Product.
- Training the production crew and workmen in various aspects of Production.
- Ability of guiding a team for production planning and control to achieve the target also motivate and guideline in step by step to improve the optimum level of production.
- Coordinating with sales and service dep’t for improving the quality of product based on feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Diploma with work experience in production, machine shop & fabrication as mentioned above.
- Knowledge about Machines, manufacturing & fabrication process.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Manpower handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
