**Responsibilities**:
**Direct Sales**:
- Prospect and qualify leads for potential car sales.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and overcome objections.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with individual customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
**B2B Sales Channel Management**:
- Identify and cultivate potential B2B partnerships with companies or organizations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B channels.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with B2B partners.
- Train and support B2B partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze B2B sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to support B2B sales initiatives.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Participate in sales training and development programs.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Understanding of B2B sales and channel management principles (preferred).
- Knowledge of the automobile industry (preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
