Job Title: B2B Field Sales Representative (Overseas Consultancy)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Field Sales Representative to join our overseas consultancy team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, promoting our services, and building strong relationships with institutions and organizations in different regions.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the assigned regions.

Develop a sales plan and strategy to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in institutions and organizations.

Actively pursue and close new business opportunities.

Coordinate and attend face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.

Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our services and generate leads.

Provide regular updates on sales activities and achievements to the sales manager.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in the consultancy industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel extensively and work in different regions.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
