**Company Overview**:Blaash.io is a leading and rapidly growing Full Stack Video Commerce Platform company specializing in providing innovative solutions to e-commerce businesses to increase their Product discovery and Conversions.
Looking for smart Fresh out of collage to venture into B2B Sales vertical. As a B2B Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, targeting E-commerce businesses in India and international regions.
- Position: B2B Inside Sales Representative Experience 0 -1 years
- Location Bangalore - Whitefield (Work from Office)
**Responsibilities**:
- Market Reaearch, Lead Generaion, Prospecting the potential customers.
- Maintiing a strong pipeline of leads fo Customer Demos
- Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and position our products and services as viable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer loyalty and ensure repeat business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to leverage knowledge in sales interactions and strategy development.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate insightful sales reports.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A successful track record of achieving Product Pipeine revenue records
- Experience in selling to Ecommerce businesses is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Understanding of the Ecommerce industry and familiarity with competitor offerings is a plus.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
