Title: B2B SaaS Sales Manager Saas Platform
Location: India (Remote + Onsite client meetings)
Compensation: Base + Incentive / Commission-heavy
We are looking for a B2B Sales Leader who can take this product to HR/L&D/CXO buyers in mid-large Indian companies.
You will:
- Open doors with HR, L&D, CFO, CTO, and CHROs.
- Drive demos, proposals, pilots, and close enterprise contracts.
- Build partnerships with HR forums, accelerators, and edtechs.
You bring:
- 510 yrs B2B SaaS/HRTech/EdTech sales experience.
- Proven network of HR/L&D leaders in India.
- Track record of closing 7-figure (INR) deals.
- Consultative selling, strong communication, and entrepreneurial mindset.
