Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at B2B Sales Arrow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth, generating qualified leads, and building a strong brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires a creative thinker who can align marketing activities with business outcomes and collaborate effectively across content, design, and sales teams.

Responsibilities:-

Own and execute full-funnel B2B digital campaigns across paid, organic, and content channels.

Drive SEO and content marketing initiatives to increase organic traffic and generate

qualified inbound leads.

Advance Proficiency in SEO, SEM, paid media, analytics and web content

management.

Develop and manage strategic digital marketing plans in alignment with brand goals.

Collaborate with sales to generate MQLs and SQLs, and measure campaign ROI.

Work closely with content creators, designers, and video editors to deliver high- impact digital content.

Oversee and improve performance of the company website using Google Analytics and related tools.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.

Plan and execute email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.

Research on media to reach new customers, retain existing customers generate leads.

Analysing market research and plan promotions, competitions, and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research result.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.

Provide detailed campaign reports and insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Identify strategic content formats (blogs, case studies, videos) and SEO

opportunities and backlink generation opportunities.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on B2B and organic

growth.

Proven experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign execution.

Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic web design principles.

Strong understanding of marketing metrics including CPL, CPA, ROI, CLA and lead quality benchmarks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, manage cross-functional projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Experience in collaborating with creative and sales teams.

Knowledge of visual and video editing tools is a plus.

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Qualification: -

Bachelors or masters degree with a concentration in Marketing

Communications/Digital Certification/Digital Media or relevant field preferred

X -factor- Experience in design, animation, video editing, and content writing is a plus

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
