Main Objective of the Role

This role requires a dynamic leader to manage a team, execute digital campaigns, and ensure alignment with the organizational goals while improving the patient experience through effective digital marketing strategies. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to oversee campaign development, performance tracking, and optimization, while introducing innovations and advanced marketing technologies

.Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's overall business and healthcare goals.
  • Lead the digital marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, SEO, SEM, display advertising, content marketing, etc.) aimed at acquiring and retaining patients.
  • Oversee budget allocation and ensure campaigns are effectively managed within the defined budget to optimize ROI.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance on best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment while leading the team to deliver high-performance results.
  • Coordinate with other departmental managers (creative, content, IT, analytics, etc.) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing performance (ROI, KPIs) and translate the data into actionable insights for the senior leadership team.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and presentations on campaign results, performance trends, and improvement strategies.
  • Continuously refine strategies and processes based on data-driven insights to improve lead generation, engagement, and patient acquisition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, clinical, IT, and operations teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with patient care objectives and clinical offerings.
  • Lead regular strategic discussions with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all marketing channels.
  • Work closely with the content team to develop relevant, targeted, and educational content that resonates with the patient demographic.

Emerging Trends and Innovation:

  • Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and trends in healthcare digital marketing, recommending the integration of new technologies and platforms.
  • Experiment with new tools and approaches to enhance engagement and optimize user experience, particularly in healthcare-specific digital channels.
  • Oversee the development of new digital initiatives to enhance patient engagement through personalization, automation, and content optimization.

SEO/SEM & Social Media Strategy:

  • Drive SEO and SEM strategies to enhance organic and paid search visibility, focusing on local search optimization and healthcare-specific keywords.
  • Manage social media presence and oversee paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to expand patient base and brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms while tailoring content for each channels audience.

Marketing Automation and CRM:

  • Implement, optimize, and manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools to enhance lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalized patient communication.
  • Develop customer journey maps and automate lead nurturing workflows to improve patient acquisition and retention rates.
  • Oversee patient re-engagement programs through automated digital campaigns.

Vendor & Agency Management:

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for campaign execution, media buying, and other digital marketing services.
  • Ensure third-party vendors deliver quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to develop innovative campaigns, videos, and visual content to support marketing goals.

Compliance & Ethical Standards:

  • Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant privacy and compliance laws.
  • Review all content and campaigns to ensure they meet ethical standards and provide accurate healthcare information to patients.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Oversee the planning and allocation of digital marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are optimized for maximum return.
  • Monitor expenditures and make adjustments to campaigns and strategies to remain within budget.

Customer Experience and Engagement:

  • Create patient-centric campaigns focused on improving patient engagement, education, and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to develop targeted campaigns that promote new services, health tips, or patient success stories.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about trends in healthcare digital marketing.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the digital footprint and stay ahead of competitive trends.

Crisis Management:

  • Work closely with PR teams to manage and respond to any public relations crises that may arise in digital platforms, ensuring that patient trust and organizational reputation are upheld.

Major Job Qualifications / Specific SkillsRequired

Education:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Preferred Education:Knowledge of marketing tech stack very strong plus & log, create collateral and test email cop.

Experience:10-15 Years+

Knowledge and Specific Skills:Strong attention to detail with a flexible attitude.

Proven follow-through ability and deadline-orientation.

Work collaboratively, independently and in a team environment.
