As we expand our service offerings, we are strengthening our marketing team and looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to support and lead our digital growth initiatives.Role OverviewWe are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with2–3 years of hands-on experiencein digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be strong infunnel building, email marketing, newsletters, and ad campaign management , along with a good understanding of SEO and social media. This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, and comfortable managing multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Build, manage, and optimizemarketing funnelsfor lead generation, nurturing, and conversions. Plan and executeemail marketing & newsletter campaignsusing tools like Smartlead or similar platforms. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns onGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube , and other platforms. Support SEO initiatives and manage website to improve organic visibility. Oversee social media activities and ensure brand consistency across platforms. Monitor KPIs and analyze performance using GA4, Ads Manager, and Search Console. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations. Collaborate with content, design, sales, and leadership teams for smooth campaign execution. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s Or MBA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3-4 years of hands-on experiencein digital marketing. Proven experience infunnel creation, email marketing, newsletters, and paid ads . Good understanding of SEO basics, content strategy, and marketing automation tools. Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote work setting. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
