Job Title: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: Meerut (Remote)Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)Working Hours: 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM (US Timings)Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 1–2 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, client projects, and CRM operations (preferably in Zoho CRM). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, project management, client coordination, and campaign execution for international (US-based) projects.This is a night shift role based in Meerut, ideal for someone who can independently handle digital campaigns and coordinate with overseas clients and teams.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). - Manage and update Zoho CRM for leads, client communication, and workflow automation. - Coordinate with the design, SEO, and content teams to deliver campaigns on time. - Oversee project management – setting timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports. - Manage email marketing campaigns, remarketing, and automation workflows. - Research trends and identify new opportunities for campaign improvement. - Ensure smooth communication with US-based clients during working hours. - Maintain strong alignment between marketing objectives and business goals.Requirements:- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or a similar role. - Proficiency in Zoho CRM (lead management, campaigns, automation, reporting). - Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools. - Experience in SEO, content strategy, and campaign tracking. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. - Strong project management and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently during US business hours (8:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST). - Based in or near Meerut.Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Zoho Projects. - Basic design or creative coordination skills using Canva or Adobe tools. - Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability. - Experience managing international client accounts (especially US-based).What We Offer:- Fixed salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level). - Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities. - Exposure to international (US) digital marketing projects. - A collaborative and supportive work environment. - Training and skill development opportunities in marketing and CRM automation.Work Details:Location: Meerut (remote)Timings: 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM (US Business Hours)Working Days: Monday to FridaySalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives
