**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design, update, and enhance digital marketing training curricula to ensure it is up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- **Assessment & Feedback**: Evaluate students' performance through assessments, projects, and assignments. Offer constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- **Mentorship**: Act as a mentor to students, guiding them in their career paths, offering career advice, and helping them achieve their professional goals.
- **Stay Updated**: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and strategies to maintain a high standard of training.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other trainers, marketing professionals, and the curriculum development team to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategies.
- **Teaching Experience**: Prior experience as a trainer or educator in digital marketing or related fields is highly preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials that resonate with diverse learners.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to different teaching methods and address the varying needs of students.
