Job Description About The Opportunity Operating in the B2B SaaS sector, this role sits at the intersection of enterprise software, cloud-delivered solutions, and commercial go-to-market strategy. The company targets mid-market and enterprise customers across India and is focused on scaling recurring revenue through direct and partner-led channels. This is an on-site leadership role based in India. Mindtel is hiring a senior commercial leader to own revenue strategy, build a high-performing sales organisation, and accelerate ARR growth across strategic accounts and channels. Role & Responsibilities - Define and execute a focused GTM strategy to drive ARR and ACV growth across enterprise and mid-market segments. - Build, coach, and scale a quota-bearing sales team: hire top talent, set quota & compensation frameworks, and implement performance metrics. - Own pipeline generation and deal velocity by aligning demand generation, SDR/BDR, and account teams to predictable forecasting processes. - Drive direct enterprise sales and lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring favorable commercial terms and renewals. - Establish and expand channel and partner programs to accelerate reach and complement the direct sales motion. - Implement sales operations best practices (CRM hygiene, forecasting, playbooks, KPIs) and collaborate with Product and Customer Success to prioritise customer outcomes.
