Role Description

The VP Sales will lead the overall sales function, drive revenue growth, strengthen the distribution network, and manage high-performing teams across multiple insurance verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams across retail and corporate portfolios.
  • Drive new business acquisition and strengthen renewal performance.
  • Manage key client relationships, partnerships, and insurer coordination.
  • Oversee proposal development, negotiations, and closure of large accounts.
  • Review sales data, performance metrics, and market insights to optimize results.
