**Position Overview**:We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our team. The Call Center Executive will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle patient inquiries effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inbound Calls**: Handle incoming calls from patients, addressing inquiries, providing information about clinic services, and assisting with appointment scheduling.

**Outbound Calls**: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and provide additional information as needed.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently manage and schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of clinic resources.

**Patient Communication**: Communicate with patients in a clear, courteous, and professional manner, offering support and addressing concerns.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to privacy policies.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments within the clinic to relay patient information, address concerns, and ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

**Quality Assurance**: Follow established protocols and guidelines to provide consistent and high-quality service to patients.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, patient-centric approach.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and appointment scheduling.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.

**Salary**: ₹9,163.92 - ₹15,000.00 per month
