**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
**Location**: Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office Only)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST (EST Hours)

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a reliable and friendly **Customer Service Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and assist clients with scheduling service appointments. Full training on our internal software will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments for our services
- Enter appointment details accurately in the scheduling system
- Communicate clearly and helpfully with callers
- Follow standard procedures and scripts when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken English communication skills (Fluency is a must)
- Must be a graduate
- Previous experience in customer service is required
- Experience in **Medical Billing or Scheduling** is a plus
- Comfortable working the **night shift (5:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST)**:

- Basic computer proficiency (training will be provided)
- Must be available to join within **1 day** of selection
- Gender Preference
- Females(Only)

**Important Note**:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,195.13 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
