**Job Title: International E-commerce Customer Service Representative**

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as International E-commerce Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via voice and chat channels to our global clientele. As the first point of contact, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers across various time zones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, shipping, returns, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to accurately assist customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Previous customer service experience in an international e-commerce environment preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
