Must be punctual and have a strong commitment to attendance (No absences)

**Must be able to work night shifts 11:30PM to 8:30AM**

**Provide professional and empathetic customer service to US-based clients.**

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Work efficiently within the given KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
